PTFE Cloth is made of suspended polytetrafluoroethylene (commonly known as the king of plastics) emulsion as raw material, impregnated with high-performance glass fiber mesh. It is a high-performance, multi-purpose composite material new product. Due to its excellent performance, it is widely used in papermaking, food, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, clothing, chemicals, glass, medicine, electronics, insulation, grinding wheel slices, machinery and other fields. It has excellent non-adhesiveness: the surface is not easy to adhere to any substance, easy to clean, greatly reducing maintenance costs and time.For adhesive substances such as paste, resin, and coating, it can be easily removed, improving production efficiency and flexibility.
Performance Characteristics
1. Used between low temperature -70℃ and high temperature 260℃, with weather resistance and anti-aging. After actual application, if it is placed at a high temperature of 250℃ for 200 days continuously, not only the strength will not decrease, but also the weight will not decrease; if it is placed at a high temperature of 350℃ for 120 hours, the weight will only decrease by about 0.6%; it will not crack at an ultra-low temperature of -180℃, and it will maintain its original softness.
2. Non-adhesive: It is not easy to adhere to any substance. It is easy to clean various oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, and coating can be easily removed.
3. Chemical corrosion resistance, strong acid, strong alkali and various organic solvents.
4. Good dimensional stability (elongation coefficient is less than 5‰) and high strength. It has good mechanical properties.
5. Anti-bending fatigue, can be used for smaller wheel diameters.
6. Chemical resistance and non-toxicity. It can resist almost all pharmaceutical items.
7. Fire retardant.
8. Air permeability---the air permeability of the conveyor belt, reduces heat source consumption and improves drying efficiency.
Textile and printing and dyeing industry: In the textile industry, PTFE Cloth is often used as a drying channel and drying room conveyor belt for printing drying, bleaching and dyeing drying, fabric shrinkage drying, and non-woven drying.
