The main component of PC Sheet is based on polycarbonate (PC) resin.PC board is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with good transparency, outstanding impact resistance, creep resistance, high tensile strength, bending strength, elongation at break and rigidity, high heat resistance and cold resistance, and excellent comprehensive performance. Polycarbonate (PC) is widely used in the automotive, construction, medical and other industries due to its good performance.
1. Impact resistance: The strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass.
2. Lightweight: The density is 1/2 of glass, reducing transportation and installation costs.
3. Temperature resistance: The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 120℃, and it can withstand 130℃ in a short term.
4. Light transmittance: up to 85%-89%.
5. Anti-ultraviolet: UV coating prevents yellowing and protects the life of the material.
6. Weather resistance: Anti-ultraviolet, ozone and extreme climate, high outdoor stability.
7. Flame retardant: Meets B1 standard, self-extinguishing and non-toxic.
8. Sound insulation and heat insulation: The sound insulation is 3-4dB higher than glass, and the hollow structure saves energy by 7%-25%.
