Fiberglass Sheet is also called epoxy resin alkali-free fiberglass laminated board. It is made by electronic grade
fiberglass cloth impregnated with heat-resistant epoxy resin under hot pressing with stable electrical insulation property, good flatness, smooth surface and standard thickness tolerance.
FR4 Sheet is a glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite material commonly used in the manufacture of circuit boards and other electronic devices. It has excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and electrical insulation performance.
Application:
G10 Sheet is designed for fabrication of sheets and products for structural purpose. It is characterized with excellent thermal conductivity, moist resistance, biological resistance and high endurance. Furthermore, it has small weight and has good electric insulating specifications; it is non-toxic and stands out with high inflammation temperature.
