The characteristics of polyimide material are low temperature resistance (-269~400℃), high friction resistance, self-lubricating, high strength, high insulation, radiation resistance, corrosion resistance, small thermal expansion coefficient, organic solvent resistance, self-extinguishing, no comprehensive properties such as toxicity. The long-term working temperature of some PI categories is above 300 ℃, and the short-term can reach 400 ℃. It is the engineering plastic with the best temperature resistance among engineering plastics, and its comprehensive performance is unmatched by other special engineering plastics.
