These metals have the advantage that thye are the easiest and most predictable to work with. Using them usually insures the most accurate crown fit and the most pridictbale bond with porcelain. Its is biocompatible. In terms of how your crown might affect you and your mouth, all-metal crowns generally offer good biocompatibility. When a godl dental alloy is chosen for an all-metal crown, no other type of restoration exceeds the crown-to-tooth fit that's possbile.
