1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
    A: We are a professional manufacturing factory of silicone mould, silicone tableware, silicone utensils etc.
2. Q: What`s your minimum order quantity?
    A: Our normal MOQ is 1000pcs per design per color per size. We also can make it less than our normal MOQ, but the price will be adjusted accordingly. And we are glad to custom made samples for you to test the quality before bulk order.
3. Q: Can I put my design logo on the items?
    A: Sure, we can put your logo on our designs or any items.We always use silk screen print logo on products, we just need the vector AI logo file.
4. Q: Do you make Private label products? Do you have designer?
    A:Yes, we do private label products and the OEM service.Our design team can make the design according to your idea and free of charge.
5. Q: What`s your sample policy?
    A: If we are the first cooperation, we nee to charge the samples and shipping fee. If you become our old customer, we will send you existing samples and won`t charge you the sample fee.
   Customized samples, we will charge you some sample fee and shipping fee according the quantity and artwork.
6. Q: What`s the production lead time?
    A: Our products lead time is about 30~45days after the details confirmed and deposit received.
7. Q: What`s the factory capacity?
