(1) What is your MOQ ?
Some products need big MOQ,some just need small MOQ, for trial order,we can accept smaller MOQ , so please inquiry us and tell us what quantity you want to order.

(2) Can I get a  sample ? 
Yes,we can provide free sample,customers just need pay for it and the shipping cost.

(3) Can you make my logo on the products?

Sure,we can make customer's logo on the products if the order quantity is big enough,please contact us to know the details.

(4) What is the warranty ?
Usually the warranty time is 12 months,for old customers or some special products,the warranty time is longer.

(5) Can you make products according to my design ? 
Sure,we have professional engineers and technicians team and strict production standards, we guarantee that the product will be 100% the same as your design.

(6) How about your product quality ?
"Quality is first" always is our principle,from raw materials to finished products, every process must be inspected and tested by our QC group,good quality must be 100% guaranteed.
(7) How long can you send out the goods ? 

Delivery :30 working days as usual for  after sample approved.

(8) if your sepcification can't meet my requirements ,can you design and build my battery ? 

Of course ,we will design an and build your own products according to your special requests.
