    3D Sensor pedometer Operation Pull out the insulation tap and full screen display for 2 seconds with beep beep alarm and  entry the "Step Mode" automatically. Hold the press set button 2 seconds, the digit "12" blinking and press the "M" or "R" button to select 12 or 24 format. Press "S" button once, the digit of "hour" blinking and press "M"(-) and "R"(+) to set the hour,miunte.   Press "S" button once, the digit of "CM" blinking and press "M"(-) or "R"(+) to select imperial or metric mode. Press "S" button once, the digit of "80 CM" or "30 inches" blinking and press "M"(-) or "R"(+) to install your personal stride.    Press "S" button once, the digit of "45KGS" or "100LBS" blinking and press "M"(-) or "R"(+) to install your personal weight (Pls. make sure your weight is correct in order to get accurate claorie burnt data).   Press "S" button once to entry the target steps mode, the deflaut digit of "5,000" blinking and press "M"(-) or "R" (+) to install your desired target steps(the alarm will be actived if your steps reached your target setting).   Press "S" button again to finsih the basic setting and your device is ready for use.  Viewing mode by hitting "M" button-total steps / distance walked / calorie burnt / timing walked / days record.
