(3)Installration and Operation

The machine need not be fixed. Only put the machine vertically on the ground, joint the air source, joint the foot push with the air-pipe of the machine. Then the machine can work.

The operation of the machine is also very simple. Put the recovery barrel bottom-up and insert the barrel mouth into the pulling cap head, then step on the foot push, the cap is pulled down.The cap automatically slides out from the sideway.

(4)Maintaince

Check the cleaning condition in the cap head, the connection screw between the pulling cap head and the cylinder is loose or not regularly.

If some barrel cap can not be pulled down during the operation, the size of the barrel may be special, if it is difficult that caps can be pulled down from batch barrels, check the connection of the pulling cap head and the cylinder is loose or moved its position. Notice that the pressure of the air source is lower than 5kg.

During operation, don't put hand into the pulling cap head to avoid any damage.

While maintenance, please close the air source to protect the equipment or works from damaging or harming.
