We can accept FOB &CIF ,C&F . Payment term is T/T , 30% as deposit , 70% before shipping . we will send the picture to you for checking .

4.how about the time of delivery ?
generally , the lead time of MOQ is about 20-35days . different kinds of production with different lead time and your quantity. pls contact us for the detailed information. sometimes , we are busy with orders.

5. How do you control the quality?
We have the proffesional QC department make the 3 times leak test at least, and we have ISO9001-2008, SGS, MSDS , RoSH , REACH certification.

6.How about the refund service?
If there any quality problem on our bottle, please contact us within 5-15 days after you get the goods and take photos firstly and send the photos to us for confirmation, When we confirmed the problem we will change or make up for you1- 3 days.Any man-made damage we cannot change,refund or make up.
7. How do I get fast response of products?

8. How soon can I get a price quote?

9.How long will it take to receive my products?
As a general rule for avaiable mold’s products, it will take 5 weeks for us to produce your products.But if we have stocks bottles,we can ship immediately as you wish.

10. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the daily production capacity is very huge and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minium order quantity is 10,000 pcs per model,but we can help to do several color for choice. It is recommended for you to order a 20”GP or 40”HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.

11. Do you have a price catalog?
We are a professional PET bottles manufacturer. All of our PET bottle products are made as in different weight and different artwork or decoration request. We do not have a price catalog.
