10G 1310nm 220m LRM XENPAK Optical Transceiver module Product Description Overview: The 10GBASE XENPAK modules offers a wide variety of 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity options for data center, enterprise wiring closet, and service provider transport applications. Semi Matrix's 10Gb/s XENPAK transceiver module is a hot pluggable in the Z-direction module that is usable in typical router line card applications, Storage, IP network and LAN and compliant to XENPAK MSA. This module is a fully integrated 10.3Gbit/s optical transceiver module that consists of a 10.3Gbit/s optical transmitter and receiver, XAUI interface, Mux and De-mux with clock and data recovery(CDR).
This transceiver line uses an 1310nm DFB laser achieve 220m over MMF as 10GBASE-LR of the IEEE 802.3ae. Main Features: 1. XAUI Electrical Interface: 4 Lanes @ 3.125Gbit/s
