4.The defects are caused by the improper operation.
5.The defects are caused by the accident such as dropping into water and so on.
6.The defects are caused by other conditions, which are not due to the fault of Biwin.
RMA procedures:
1. Make sure the goods are in the above warranty scope, and within warranty 
2. Transfer all your data to other storage devices
3. Tell the defective product details to Biwin sales representative
4. After-sale representative’s confirmation, you will receive an RMA sheet with RMA number.
5.
