because it has the advantage with more stable power output function, longer 

lifespan, and with protection mechanism against short circuit, overload,

over temperature and over volta- ge.Extremely low defective rate.

2.IC & IC soldering                                                                          

IC soldering:with special technology to fix the IC onto PCB firmly and 

assure no defect after a long time.IC brand is MBI5020 or MBI5024.

 Anti-loosing connector assure smooth signal transmission.

3.LEDs                                                                                            

Epistar chips, with size of 12mil, 13mil more,or Cree as customized.

Excellent quality and longer lifespan is guaranteed with using

the high grade chips. It will ensure much better lamps cooling 

and supper low brightness decay rate(<8% after 2 years). 

4.PCB                                                                                              

Unique designed by sunris, with A+ grade PCB,well copper fixed,

excellent stability & longer lifespan

5.Cabinet craftwork                                                                        

1.2-1.5mm thickness Steel or Aluminum cabinet,pretty good uniform

 with CNC to effect the whole screen to get nice planeness.

6.Test with simulating transportation                                             

Vibration test before packing:simulating the situation for transportation 

and practice site,assure the most quality stability.

7.High pressure waterproof test                                                      

The high pressure water jet ensure each cabinet to be full IP65.

8.Most safe package                                                                      

 Plastic(or wooden) pallet+K=K carton                    wooden cases 

 Packed by carton box or Wooden case, we provide safest package 

                     to protect cargoes again any damage.
