60mm*300m Wax Ribbons for Thermal Transfer Labels

Basically there are three types of thermal transfer ribbons viz wax, wax /resin and resin. Each type has a range of subtypes like Economy , Premium Ribbons... Thermal Transfer Printing is done with two type of print heads Flat-Type print heads and Near Edge (True Edge , Corner Edge) print heads. Ribbons used for these two thermal transfer printing technologies are different though the types may be the same.   1.Wax : Inexpensive, mostly used for indoor applications like chemist shops, supermarkets....... 2.Wax / Resin : Long Life And Good Resistance. 3.Resin : For Harsh Environments Extreme Conditions And Long Life.   Wax Ribbons The least expensive of all thermal transfer ribbons. Wax ribbons have a high percentage of wax based substance in the colorant. Most wax ribbons are made with a single colorant layer. Since waxes have lower melting points than resin substances, printing can be done at lower heat settings or energy levels. As waxes are softer image durability is less against smudge, scratch, chemical and environmental resistance. So wax ribbons are suitable for printing on uncaoted or matte coated surfaces.   Wax ribbons are suitable for printing purposes where there is not much abrasion or physical contact against the printed matter or the printing is not needed for a long time. Wax ribbons can be used for general purpose labeling,shipping labels, address labels, garment tags, price tickets, warehouse applications, compliance label printing, including shelf and bin labels, retail tag and label applications.       FAQ   Q1: I’m interested in your products, but now I’m out of China; could you offer you labels to my country? A1: Sure! We’ve got full exportation experience, and no matter where you are, we may arrange the delivery  for you, either by sea, by air or by express, depending on your need.   Q2:What shall I do if I decide to buy from you? A2: First, you may send us your formal order with your company head letter; Second, after receiving your order, we may send you official PI with details for your confirmation, within 24 hours; Contract, which you view as necessary, will also send to you within 60 hours, in tele-format; Third, you are expected to do the TT for 100% payment under US$5,000 per order; any other pay terms for amount above US$5,000, is negotiable after our discussion; Fourth, production starts as soon as we confirm your payment, which we would also have you informed of theprogress; Fifth, we arrange the delivery to the carrier, which may be appointed either by you or us; and finish all customs clearance; it takes 10~45days to your destination, up to the distance, which we would also let you know once you tell us your destination in the beginning; B/L is soon sent to you as the document for you to pick up the goods when it arrives; Last, when the goods reach your side, you are supposed to be contacted. If the goods is sent by express, it's to-door service, and you are only demanded to pay for some customs tax; if the goods is sent by sea or air, you may have to go to the port to collect the goods yourself, and also pay for some tax fees. And this is the last step for the deal!   Q3: Is possible to custom the labels with my own design? A3: Yes, and you just need send us your drawings or artworks, then you may get what you want!   Q4: Do you provide OEM service? A4: Yes. Actually, we’re already OEM for some brand, and also do the specific packing for them.   Q5: I have continuous orders with big volume that would like to place to you, due to your good price; but are you sure your production capacity is ok for that? A5: We’ve three plants with 23 production lines of 9.9 million square meters capacity per month by far; while we continue adding new production line base total order quantity . After receiving orders from our clients, the HQ may allot the production assessments to our plants, to make sure the scientifically effective and timely production!
