3. Brief introduction of the equipment
(2-8) *2000 the decoiler-straightening-cut to length-piling line, mainly used for the uncoiling straightening and cutting to length of carbon steel rolls and preparing for the next processing units.
a. V saddle

● The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel rolls to the uncoiler
● It is driven vertically by hydraulic pressure
● The level movement is driven by hydraulic cylinder
● The weight it can carry is 30T (Maximum)
c. Hydraulic top tight decoiler frame
● Supporting steel rolls and uncoiling
● The moveable structure of double way hydraulic top tight
● Hydraulic pressure drives the level and landscape orientation movement
● Brake system, tapered feeding plate, 400 arrester brake
d. The pressing and decoiling device
● The hydraulic pressure controls the lifting of the decoiling rollers
● 7.5 kw cycloidal pinwheel decelerator drives steel rolls running

e. Rolling table &side guide device
● 2-meter table is made up of roller rail, rack and bearing stand
● It uses the device of the vertical rolls of both sides to guide the steel belt goes into the straightening device correctly
● The vertical rolls of both sides are adjusted by the motor driving the shafts of both sides
f. Leveler
● It makes uneven steels even and guide them to the right following processing and shears the material with fixed-length and packs with fixed-number
● It is composed of 11working rollers, driving device, 2 pinch code rollers and stand. Both sides of each working roller is transmitted by spherical roller bearings and both are the main power roller.
● The function of supporting roller: make the even rollers receive the balanced force and reduce the friction of the leveling rollers
● The working rollers use 2.2kw electric machine through turbine decelerator to adjust the upper and lower gap to make sure the flat quality
● Drive model: all the independent rollers and teeth round box are driven by 90kw direct-current electric machine, and decelerated by 850 reducer, and consists of teeth round distribution box and all-round shaft connection and hydraulic brake etc.
● The processing of rollers: raw material-conditioning-roughing-hardening-finishing.
g. PLC length control device
● It is composed of a code transition and a code control device and rotary encoder
● The electronic control system is controlled automatically by PLC, and make the fixed-length shearing and counting possible
h. 8x2200 shear machine
● Shearing model: cut from up to down hydraulically
● Cooperate with the signal direct from the feeder and shear automatically
● Shear electronically
● Adopt gap adjusting design to cut the material of varies thickness
● Four sides secessions, alloy steel materials and can shear 8mm steel plate safely after heat treatment
i. Swing table pinch machine
● Should the table, frame, roller, bearing, etc. Supporting 4kw cycloid reducer

● The construction and monitoring of all the foundation engineering of the equipment are in the control of the buyer
