a. The hardness for Pearlitic CrMo Cast Steel Liners: HRc33~42 (HB310~390);
b. Microstructure: Pearlite;
c. Chemical Composition: Every melt is analysed by Spectrometer;
d. Dimensional Checking & Gauging: 100% check as per drawings;
1. By visual inspection;
2. By gauges check;
e. Casting Soundness:Checked by UT test as per international standard.
f. Surface Finish: Visual inspection after shot blasting; To achieve an acceptable level of surface texture, freedom from defects;
g. Reporting: Providing chemical, dimensional and hardness reports.
