Double-inlet & Double-outlet Coal Mill Liners
With our special double-media quenching process, the liners can achieve the following features:
1. Ideal hardness: HRC≥58.
2. Ideal toughness value: More than AK5J.
3. Even hardness distribution: The hardness difference from surface to the core of each piece of liner casting is less than HRC3.
4. Better wear performance: The anti-wear properties are 2.5 times as much as those of high manganese steel in wet grinding condition.
5. Better surface quality with resin-sand molding process.
Our main product series are ball mill liners, wear parts for crushers and grinding media. Boltless Ball Mill Liners decrease maintenance of liners and save the cost of bolts. What’s more, our boltless-liner design can exert the maximum quenching hardness of metal material while the bolted-liner design has to scarify the quenching hardness to get better toughness because each bolt hole is a source of thousands of crackings.

We possess famous patented product------ Combined Self-fastened (Boltless) Ball Mill Liners, or called CHINA BEST LINER.
In 2012, we registered a new patent about Liner Technology.
In December of 2000, we successfully registered the international patent in Canada.
In 1988 and 1997, we claimed domestic patents for ball mill liners .

<1> Martensite Cr-Mo Alloy Steel Coal Mill Liners
In the normal working condition, the lifetime of the liners is about 4 to 6 years.
<2> High Cr Coal Mill Liners
In the normal working condition,the service lifetime of the liners is more than 8 years.
In Huaibei Power Plant, our high Cr Coal Mill Liners are used for 14 years without
Repairs.
<3> Cr26 Coal Mill Liners
In the normal working condition, the lifetime of the liners is more than 10 years.
In the recent 20 years, our liners have been widely used in large, medium and small ball mills in Chinese power generation, mining, cement, Chemical engineering and metallurgical industries and super fine pulverizing equipments.
