1. Description:

Self aligning rotator is composed of power rotator and idler rotator. Power rotator has advantage of driving rotator turning to make work-piece rotate. It has high load capacity, and the line speed meets the requirements of welding, adopting AC variable frequency speed regulation. Idler rotator is same as driven rotator, playing the supporting role but unpowered, and it turns by the work-piece friction. This equipment consists of power rotator and idler rotator. The tilt angle of roller group can be manual adjusted by screw. It has advantages of reliable quality, superior performance, simple operation etc.

The complete set of equipment adopts advanced trinity centralized control mode. It means that welding manipulator, welding positioner and functions of welding machine can be fused together organically to realize welding better.
