• Due to design of two gear shift on drill head, difference torque and rotation speed can be realized and meet requirements of different hole size and drilling technique, max. Torque 27,500N.m for big hole size drilling and max. Rotation speed 300rpm for coring drilling.
• Drill head can be set to 80° angle and main spindle floats 102mm, both for easy rod handling and less working intensity.

Main Introduction:

CMD100 is designed for coalbed gas drilling, water well drilling, mine rescue drilling, shallow petroleum/natural gas drilling and mineral investigation etc.

The whole system consists of rotation head, feed system, power unit, mast, truck base, jib boom&winch, power break out, foot clamp and water pump, etc.

4. Drill head can be set to 80° angle and main spindle floats 102mm, both for easy rod handling and less working intensity.

5. Drilling pressure can be adjusted precisely in accordance with geological conditions.

6. Braking system set on main shaft of drill head for directional drilling and horizontal drilling.

7. Telescopic design of mast facilitates rods&tools handling and provides 12.5m feed stroke.

8. Air/water pipe line mounted to connect related accessories of different drilling techniques, like fluid drilling, air drilling and foaming drilling, etc.
