I. PPS Introduction

PPS is a kind of high performance thermoplastic incorporating outstanding mechanical strength with superior resistance against chemical and thermal.Furthermore,this engineering plastic is endowed with prominent inertness to steam and hot water.

Generally,PPS sheet  and rod are the cost effective alternative to PEEK (polyether ether ketone).In addition,the temperature for continous use of this partially crystalline material reaches 220℃.However,glass transition temperature is only 90℃,whereby close attention needs to be paid for heavy duty application at high temperature.
