Description:
Forged steel shaft-marine shaft forging: intermediate shaft/ tail shaft/ propeller shaft/ is widely used for large, middle and small size cargo vessel etc.
The factory has been certified by ABS, DNV, BV, GL, LR, KR, NK and CCS.
The manufacturing equipment is 25~80MN hydraulic press, the forging ratio >4.5, the technical condition is in accordance with the requirements of ABS, DNV, BV, GL, LR, KR, NK and CCS.
The product can be provided as per your drawing or specified requirements.
Smelting Process:EF+LF + VD
The process as follow :Ingot →heat → forging → Heat treatment (Normalizing+ tempering) → Inspection →rough machining→UT →2nd Heat treatment →finishing machining →Inspection
