Warranty

1. 6 months for batteries,3 months for cartomizers/atomizers from the shipping date. The shipping cost will be on clients\' side.

2. If the product is defective ,please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

3. All products must be returned on their original condition ,in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods .

How to Order:

Step1) Please let us know what kind of model, color, flavor, battery capacity you need.  

Step2) Proforma invoice (PI) will be sent to you.                                    

Step3) Please check and confirm the PI.                                          

Step4) Once we confirmed the order, please pay it soon.  We accept Western Union and T/T, Paypal (extra 4% commission charge).                            

Step5) After payment , all goods will be sent to you in 5-7 days as usual.   

Step6) OEM/ODM is welcomed. Free OEM for more than 500 sets orders.
