The underwater motor is connected with the rotating shaft of the drum through a speed reducer, and the drum is wound with a mooring cable, and the mooring rope bypasses the fixed pulley to connect the marine instrument located outside the protective frame. The mooring cable is a multi-core cable with one end connected to a marine instrument and the other end connected to a floating coast station.
