How to use:

Charge for power bank:
- Use micro USB cable to connect power bank and PC, LEDs show blinking
- Blinking LEDs (1234) shows current power status, if all LEDs are on, means power bank is full of power
Charge for mobile phone:
- Choose the right output port and connect your mobile phone
- Press the button to start the discharge, when remove cable, will power off 16 seconds later
