    • Leakage current measurement: applying reference voltage of 0.75 times arrester 1mA DC ends (pulsating DC voltage portion is not greater than ±1.5%), current flows through arrester is not larger than predetermined value
    • 1mA DC reference voltage: DC voltage is applied at both ends of surge arrester (pulsating DC voltage portion is not greater than ±1.5%), current flows through arrester stable at 1mA, value of read voltage is not less than predetermined value
    • Special note: gapless arrester allowed to work frequency discharge pressure test
