To enjoy the maximum cooling capability of each cooler bags please follow these guidelines as shown below at all times:

Make sure that the fridge is in good working order
Then leave the FTG in the freezer overnight for at least 10 hours
When fully chilled the saline inside the chilling boards would be frozen
It's not if it's still in liquid form (to test/just shake it)
After chilling the zippers must be totally closed all the way to prevent the coldness from escaping
Do not frequently open the bag as it would greatly increase the temperature inside the bag
Minimize the unit in transit outside room temperature such as frequent and long hours inside the car while traveling
