Professional Maker of Medical Devices
Shenzhen Bi-Rich Medical Devices is a professional manufacturer of medical devices. Our factory was established in July 2007 with an investment of $817,000. On November 15, 2013, we moved to a new industrial zone. Our new factory is about 5,000 square meters and has 150 workers including one reception administrator, five engineers, eight QC inspectors, six overseas sales personnel and two financial administrators.
Monthly Production Reaching 100,000 Pieces
We are focusing on the R&D of air compressor motors and air compressor nebulizers. Each month, we can turn out 100,000 compressor nebulizers monthly. And we can manufacture nebulizers from concept, 3D drawing design, prototype sample, plastic tooling, assembly to testing. The purifying assembly workshops are equipped with four assembly lines, two assembly lines for manufacturing air compressors, and another two assembly lines for assembling final compressor nebulizers. We also own plastic mold and plastic injection workshops.
Passed ISO 13485:2003 Certification
Because of our meticulousness, we passed ISO 13485:2003 certification in July 2011. With a comprehensive quality control system, we always create high-quality products. Our products are exported to Europe, the Middle East, South America, Russia and Southeast Asia.
