How to order

Payment:

Warranty:
Usually, our defective e cigarette rate is lower than 2‰ , there are two policies for our warranty service.
1. The defective e cigarette can be returned to US, and the shipping cost will be paid by us. For individual unqualified products, we will replace them to you in next order.
2. According to your quantity, we can supply some extra e cigarettes or some extra components for free depending on the acceptable defect, so that it is more convenient for you to give the after-sale service to your customer.
