Magnetic Ink

Description

Magnetic ink is one kind of special security ink which is added needle like crystals of iron oxide black (Fe3O4) and iron oxide brown (Fe2O3) in ink. After processing with magnetic field to get the residual magnetism, the ink is detected by magnetic detector. Patterns and logos printed with magnetic ink containing magnetic substance can be checked by magnetic detector as well, those printed passwords can be read out by information decoder and recognized through rubbing effect of automatic processing device.

For silk-screen printing, 300 mesh screen is suggested to be used.

Bank ticket and postal service's classification, retrieval, identify other aspects. Such as bank credit cards, monthly ticket, high-speed rail tickets and so on.
