Warranty & Return Policies:

Our warranty term is three years, within the warranty period if any lamp failed because ordinary wear and tear, repair or replacement will be provided by jarhonlight under this warranty term. This warranty does not cover appearance damage of vis major, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone than a facility authorized by jarhonlight to service the product.
To obtain warranty service your order number and the defect description will be requested to provide. After warranty period expired, if any lamp failed; Prepaid replacements and free technical support will be available as well.
