Introduction
JMDM-12DI5MV2 is independent researched and developed by Shenzhen Jingmin Digital Machine Co., Ltd, it has 12 channels photoelectric isolation digital quantity input, 5 channels H bridge type field-effect tube DC motor output and two channels LED decorative light out. It is a high reliability and stability industrial grade programmable logic controller.

1. Working power supply: DC12V-24V 30A(Depending on the motor parameter and the qty ); It has against lightning protection circuit, it is stable and reliable.

3. Communication interface
1) One channel RS232 interface, it can be used download the programme and communicate with computer and other WINCC.
2) If customer need, can set up 485 network communication by external connect RS485 transfer module
4, I/O:
1) 12 channels photoelectric isolation digital quantity input: Input voltage range is DC 12V~24V, also can be customized for 5V(need special instructions before purchase), input current is 5~10MA; It can be used to detect the external sensor input signals, such as photoelectric sensors, infrared sensors, hall sensors, proximity switch, inching switch and other digital quantity input device;
2)5 channels DC motor output: Driver circuit is designed by the dedicated drive chip of DC motor with self-locking function. H bridge type field-effect tube drive way, every channel output current can be up to 10A to 16A, can automatically control the direction and the speed of the DC motor, and has automatically collection the working current of the DC motor function, it can protect the DC motor effectively when the motor is overload.
5. Programme download instruction: Connect the seral port communication cable between the computer and controller, download the compiled HEX file to the controller by MCU-ISP download software. (Notice: There is off-on power process by hand during the period of download)
6. System stability: Has industrial grade lightning protection, strong resistance to electromagnetic interference, high reliability, no crash phenomenon
7.2 working type: Support control independently (Logic automatically control by the programme wrote by Keil C) and RS232 serial port monitoring
8. Digital quantity work status indicator: Each channel digital quantity input has an indicator light, in order to observe the input point working condition.

Hardware connection attention
