Introduction
Characteristics and Application:
1. HTV (High Temperature Vulcanizing) silicone rubber is mainly composed of Polyorgarnosilioxan(Silicone Polymer) and Silica with various additives to grant diversified characteristics. We call this stage of Silicone Rubber as "Base Compound". Then this "Base Compound" is catalyzed, pigmented with roll and cured by press molding and extrusion etc^
2. HTV translucent general purpose silicone rubber products are heat-curing silicone rubbers which are widely used in various industries. They have good resistance to heat, cold, oil, resin and chemicals, it is flame retardant, gas-proof, biologically inactive. These grades have good rebound resilience and mechanical properties, and are used in various ap¬ Plications such as remote control keypads, phone keys, silicone rubber bracelet and miscellaneous parts etc.
