4. Quality Assurance
- Equipment control
We adopt the entire computer automatic control (Density testing, adding acid, charging, etc. )
- Raw material control
Any raw material will be forbidden used in the production if they didn't pass the testing by laboratory strictly.
- Production process control
The semi-finished products must pass several inspections in the production line.
- Finished products control
Before packaging, the finished battery must be tested 100% by our function testing machine and pass the inner resistance testing, density testing, 3-5º C discharge performance testing etc.
- Shipment control
The goods can't be sold unless their appearance and performance are tested 100% by the professional inspector.
5. Cautions
- Store the battery in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area, the storage temperature should be 5º C-45º C.
- Avoid excessive physical shock or vibration.
- Avoid short battery in transit.
- The filled battery stored for more than 3 months should be charged.
- Avoid contact with organic solution and items contain corrosion gas.
- Keep the liquid level height.
- Battery must be charged in appropriate charge only.
- Don't use the battery mixed with different manufacture, type or model batteries.
- The battery must ensure sufficient electricity before use, then measure the feature after two hours of finish charging.
