Semi-Auto Lithium-Ion Battery Winding Machine for Prismatic Cells (GPB-2H, GPC, GPD)

Functional Features:
1. This is used for semi-auto winding for prismatic lithium-ion batteries;
2. Electrodes are loaded manually. It will automatically withdraw pin, wind, apply tape and unload;
3. The width of the electrode loading chute (guide plate) is adjustable, for single side or double sides;
4. The winding process is sensor controlled, and separator tension is adjusted within 100g~1500g;
5. Excellent cell tension and consistence, good separator and electrode position improve the uniformity of cell capacity and internal resistance;
6. Ionizing air eliminates the static and dust on separator and electrode to reduce short-circuit and self discharge.
