Electrode Laser Die Cutting Machine (GLD-HS)

Functional Features:
1. This is used to cut the electrode plates of power LIB for intermittent coating;
2. Electrode coil will auto unwind and make correction; A PID control system is used to assure the constant tension. The tension is controlled between 0.5-3 Kg and adjustable;
3. Electrodes are cut by laser; Laser range is adjustable; Laser head moves along the X, Y direction to work; The repeat positioning precision is 0.1mm;
4. After cutting, the wastes directly fall into the waste boxes;
5. Unload by manipulator;
6. Both single sheet and double sheets can be cut;
7. It is easy to set and save the cut figures. Model changing is convenient and fast with low cost;
8. Imported excellent fiber optic laser, which can be used for 10 years with high performance;
9. Laser cutting type ensures small burrs and avoid powder dropping on the edges.
