Automatic Lithium-Ion Battery Stacking Machine (GEAA, GEBA, GECA, GEDA)

Functional Features:
1. This is used for Z fold stacking for prismatic lithium-ion batteries;
2. Fill the cathodes and anodes into the cartridges, then it will auto count, stack, press and turn the separator;
3. Separator uncoiling module is constant tension controlled with correct function to ensure uniformity;
4. The electrode position is corrected by mechanical type or CCD (vision camera) type;
5. Ending type: Multi separator wrap and then apply end tape;
6. Tap arrangement: On one side or on both sides;
7. The separator shaping function ensures that the batteries will not wrap after stacking;
8. Apply electrode surface cleaning function towards powder and dust during stacking process;
9. Completely avoid multiple electrode picked per time;
