Ultrasonic Continuous Welding Machine (GWC, GWD)

Functional Features:
1. This is used to weld the tab of lithium-ion battery by ultrasonic, to stick protection tape on tabs and electrodes;
2. To weld multi tabs and apply small tapes to these tabs;
3. Electrode recoil module is provided with an auto correction device and auto cleaning device towards iron powder and dust before recoiling;
4. Modularized design with flexible combination, able to stick 2-6 tapes per time;

Optional Funtions:
1. CCD detection: It will automatically detect the tape quality, unacceptable electrodes will be auto alarmed and marked;
2. Welding module moves to weld 2 to 6 times on the same tab;
3. Tab length, quantity and distance are adjustable;
4. Tabs possess cutting round corner function.
