Automatic Mandrel Winding Machine for Cylindrical Cells (GCBA-3H)

Functional Features:
1. This is used for automatic winding for cylindrical lithium-ion batteries;
2. Electrode and separator are loaded in coil, it will apply automatic winding, end taping and unload;
3. Triple work stations: Station 1 to insert pin and wind; Station 2 to cut separator, apply end tape and unload; Station 3 to withdraw pin and unload;
4. Electrode position detect and correct functions are provided before winding;
5. Variable speed and variable tension control are provided;
6. Feeding material will be detected based on anode and cathode electrodes; Failed ones will be marked, winded separately and removed automatically;
7. With special brushes and vacuum cleaner installed in the cutting place to remove powder and dust;
8. Electrode cutting function is added with auto compensator;
9. The total and accumulative electrode length is adjustable to realize the continuous winding;
10. With diameter measurement and conicity forming functions, which are suitable for auto winding of super capacitor;
11. With auto opening and short circuit test functions.
