Automatic Punching Machine (GVB)

Functional Features:
1. This is used to punch and form the anode and cathode electrodes of power lithium-ion batteries(with tab), which is the previous process of stacking machine and pouching machine; Suitable for both continuous and intermittent coating;
2. High speed, small burr and little dust;
3. With special loading device, tension controller, correction unit, punch cutter, rolling press and clean module, and collecting unit;
4. The machine pads PET film beneath the electrode, which greatly extends the lifetime of the cutter;
5. Conveyor and manipulator will realize unloading and collecting.
