This is driver sprocket hub of the beach buggy/ beach buggy/ATV/DTV. It's made of aluminumalloy, and the process is Die Casting + Machining + Black Oxidation Surface Treatment.

We are a mould manufacture and also make machine parts for custom. All the mould making, die casting and machining process is inhouse, but the surface treatment is in other factory.
