This machine part is part of dune buggy sub frame, the material is aluminum alloy, with process of Die Casting + Machining + Black Oxidation Surface Treatment. Both of mould making, die casting and machining was finished inhouse, but the surface treatment in other factory.

Advanced inspection measure by CMM, projecting, roughness tester, hardness tester, salt spray tester.
