EDS800's big torque low noise and low electromagnetic disturbance during operation can fulfill customer's environmental protection requirement by space voltage vector PWM control technique and electromagnetic compatibility unitary design.
1. Perfect auxiliary control function
A. 7 digital input channel, 2 analog input channel, this series can accept 0~10V 0~5V or 4~20mA input signal.
B. 1 pulse input channel (maximum 20KHz), 2 OC digital output channel and 1 hi-speed pulse output channel are available.
C. Two 0~10V voltage or4~20mA current analog output channel.
D. Output channel can be connected to standard secondary meter or use it to realize network connection and synchronous control for the inverter.
E. High carrier frequency (maximum 16KHz) can make real quiet running of the motor available.
2. Powerful control function
A. Can realize multiple section (maximum 8 sections) speed run control through interior simple PLC or control terminal.
B. Interior PI can realize hi-performance closed-loop control system, constant pressure is available.
