Automatic CD and DVD Protector Making Machine

FUNCTION:
Automatic CD and DVD Cover Machine uses ultrasonic welding to make nonwoven fabric and PP or OPP film together to produce CD / DVD sets, and PP album. It can produce 1de and 2 sides of CD and DVD covers. From raw material to final product, it only needs 1 person to operate. It reach 60-240 pieces per minute. It can be used in CD / DVD manufacturing and food industry.

Producing Process:
Automatic feed material---weld and form---delete waste material---automatic count and collect final product

8. Mini computer PLC with excellent inverter can cut while set length at the same time.
