~Procedure (Ocean shipping):

1. SEABAY contacts your supplier to arrange picking up or loading.

2. SEABAY arranges customs clearance and send the goods on board.

3. SEABAY issues the invoice and copy of b/l to you for payment.

4. SEABAY releases the original b/l to you or your shipper once all payment arrives.

5. SEABAY offers weekly (working day) report to update the status of your shipment.

~Procedure (Air shipping):

1. SEABAY contacts your supplier to arrange picking up or loading.

2. SEABAY confirms the chargeable weight in our facility.

3. SEABAY issues the invoice to you to arrange payment.

4. SEABAY arranges customs clearance and deliver the goods once payment arrives.

5. SEABAY offers daily (working day) report to update the status of shipment.

~How to apply compensation from shipping insurance?

1. Consignee finds out the goods damaged or lost, contact the local agent on insurance bill and inform SEABAY ASAP.

2. Consignee get the report from this agent.

3. Consignee send the scanned copy of report to SEABAY.

4. SEABAY will submit the claim of compensation to insurance company

5. After audited by insurance company, they will send the compansation amount to beneficiary's account.

~How to do consolidation to USA?

1. SEABAY contacts the suppliers and confirm the date of goods preparation.

2. SEABAY collects the goods from suppliers under schedule.

3. SEABAY arranges loading, customs clearance, AMS and ISF 10+2.

4. SEABAY issues 1 set of bill of lading, packing list and invoice of 1 shipper to consignee.

~How to conceal the identity of SHIPPER or CONSIGNEE?

1. SEABAY issues the MASTER bill of lading according to the packing list and invoice from supplier(s).

2. SEABAY issues the MASTER bill of lading with fake shipper information provided by consignee (if consignee doesn't have idea about this, SEABAY can provide a shipper).

3. SEABAY issues the HOUSE bill of lading with fake consignee information provided by consignee(if consignee doesn't have idea about this, SEABAY can provide a consignee) for supplier(s) to handle tax work in China.
