How to order  
1.please tell us the specific model,color,battery capacity,configuration and the quantity that you need in the email.  
2.After we confirm all the deal informations,we will make a PI(proforma invoice) foryou to confirm the order.  
3.After got the payment will prepare the goods,if there is a bulk order,client can pay some front money.The rest can pay before shippment.  
4.After the order is prepared and we will take some pictures for you to confirm.  
5.After shippment will give you the tracking number for tracking and give you an Invoice for custom clearance.

Warranty  
1.6 months for batteries,3 months for cartomizers/atomizers from the using date. The shipping cost will be on clients' side.  
2. If the product is defective ,please notify us within 3 days of delivery.  
3.Usually we ship to replacement to you with your next order,if you can provide the proof(photo or video) of the broken parts.If the quantity  
exceed 20% of your order quantity.We will request you to send back the broken parts to us to check and analyze the reasons  
4.All products must be returned on their original condition ,in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of .If the order is small,do not to
