Gls start his business of metal stamping tooling since 1999 in donguan, then registered in shenzhen in 2006.
May, 2013, gls has grown with a branch factory in wuhan. With experienced group to design & build the stamping die for auto parts, home appliances and so on.

We are specializing in the stamping die used for the below metal parts:
Axle, luggage compartment, diaphragm plates, hood panel, booster shells, brakedisc, cross members, moon roof, exhaust components, auto upholstery, heat shields, seat components, frame components, suspension components, hitch and bumper components, pillar components, computer case, air-condition shell, oven components, dvd case & components and so on.

Trade process
1. Quote- according to sample, drawing and specific requirement.
2. Discussion- die material, cavity number, price, runner, payment, stamping etc.
3. S/c- signatureapproval for all the items
4. Design- we will send stamping tool design to customer for confirmation
5. Die tooling- we start to make mold after mold design confirmed
6. Dies processing- send report to customer once each week
7. Die trial- send trial samples and try-out report to customer for confirmation
8. Modification- according to customers feedback
9. Ok samples- send samples to you before you come to buy off the die
10. Delivery- ship dies (3d & 2d drawing in cd/dvd, manual) after die buy off
