Structure configuration
1, Main frame: Carbon steel, outside cover with SUS 304 steel plate, have fixed bolt and wheel. Mold plate made of aluminum alloy.

2, Cup drop device: Cup storage, push cup air cylinder, separate cup cylinder.

3, filling device: Consist of storage tank, input output valve, rotary valve and quantify device. The machine has 2set of filling head device, the two filling will synchronization running.

4, Auto filling: Consist of guide bar, guide sleeve, heat mold, heat tube, temperature-controlled meter, pressure regulating balance spring. ( auto coding and photo-electricity adjust membrane)

5, cup output device: Consist of ramp, sliding rail, mandril.

6, Drive system: Consist of motor, reduction gearbox, step by step box, pneumatic control box, sensor.

7, electric control: Control panel, sensor, pneumatic control box.
