Full automatic Cup forming filling sealing machine
Process
Unreeling : The pull motor pull the film into a plane. The main frame is made of chrome-plate U-steel . Both side have the emergency button.
Film send : The stainless steel chain clamping the film ,step by step rotary.
Heating : consist of up heating plate , down heating plate and cylinder stator. the heating system uses the contact heating, move forward one step heating one time .The temperature can reach 200degree. The heating material is aluminum alloy , contact plate is four fluorine material . When debug the machine or don't heating the heating plate will open 5-10cm.
Forming : The up and down cylinder closed and blow the film to form the cup. We can also put the word and data on the mold .
Filling : consist of storage tank, rotary valve, input output control valve , quantity filling device . total 2set of filling head , synchronization filling .
Tectorial membrane: consist of up and down cylinder .sealing die shoe, guide pillar ,guide sleeve.
Temperature is adjustable 0-200oC ,.the temperature accuracy +1% or -1%.
Blanking : consist of up and down punch-cum-blanking die, die-set, guide pillar, guide sleeve, booster pressure cylinder and knife .
Output : waste film take out, waste film cutter, output products.
