Notice for storage and usage of prepolyer
1, it should be used after vacuum degassing under 80— 85º C;
2, part of compound material must be vacuum dehydration under 120º C according to indicated technic before usage.
3. Material temperature and mixed ration should be controlled strictly,
4, Prepolymer should be sealed storage under sahde, dry and fireproofing condition.
5, Afte unseal, prepolymer should be sealed timely or finished in three days to avoid metamorphosing after moisture absorption. It should be sealed storage after exchanging with nitrogen and finished in 15 days once it is unseal.
6, Unseal prepolymer could be stored 6 months.
