Manual autotuning is used when the value of the load inertia moment ratio is already known or the user wants to manually adjust load inertia moment ratio 1 or 2 while confirming the response of the servo or machine.
Servo is controlled by fixed load inertia moment ratio 1 or 2.
2)One-Time Autotuning
One-Time autotuning can be used to eliminate the need to manually adjust load inertia moment ratio 1 or 2. The load inertia moment ratio is automatically estimated by check mode 6.
Servo is controlled by fixed load inertia moment ratio 1 or 2.
3)Real-time Autotuning
Real-time autotuningalways estimates the most recent load inertia moment ratio 1 during accelerated/decelerated operation of the servo and sets the optimal servo gains according to the estimated load inertia moment ratio1.
The estimated value is saved in the memory of servo every 60 minutes.
The value that was saved will be used to start real-time autotuning at power-on.
